Section 1

General Definitions

1.1 Website Access

To access and use the 7kyat website, the following conditions must be met —

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Online gambling must not be prohibited in your country of residence.
• You must play using your own account only and must not act on behalf of another person.
• The website must be used for legitimate personal entertainment only. No technical tools may be used for commercial purposes or to gain unfair advantage.

1.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

Personal information provided when opening an account — including name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate and complete. 7kyat reserves the right to close any account opened with inaccurate information without prior notice.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one account at 7kyat. If multiple accounts are found, bonuses may be forfeited, play suspended, or the account closed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policies

2.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at 7kyat are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (the same for all methods).
• Deposits are processed on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
• If funds do not appear in your account after a deposit, please contact us via live chat.

2.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks.
• From the time a withdrawal request is approved to the time it is completed, it typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same bank or payment channel used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a transfer is processed.
• Withdrawals are only available after the bonus wagering requirements have been met (see Section 3).

2.3 Cryptocurrencies

7kyat does not accept any cryptocurrency or digital currency, and does not process withdrawals in such currencies.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users making their first deposit at 7kyat can claim a 150% welcome bonus up to 100,000 Ks.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must play through 10 times the bonus amount. Contribution towards this requirement may vary by game type — contact 24/7 live chat support for more details.

3.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each bonus may have its own additional terms and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless stated otherwise by 7kyat.
• If fraudulent activity is detected in connection with claiming a bonus, 7kyat reserves the right to void any winnings from that bonus and recover the funds.

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The 7kyat VIP program has 5 levels. You move up based on your play activity, and the weekly cashback rates are as follows —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP cashback funds can be used to continue playing games. The weekly cashback amount is calculated based on your play history. A wagering requirement may apply before cashback funds can be withdrawn — feel free to ask our 24/7 support team for more details.

Games Policy

5.1 Fair Play

5.2 Technical Errors

If a prize amount is incorrectly displayed during a game due to a server error, software error, or connection loss, 7kyat will only recognise the last valid game result as official, and reserves the right to adjust or reclaim any payouts made based on the incorrect display.

5.3 Prohibited Play Methods

The use of bots, auto-play scripts, VPNs to access from restricted regions, collusion, and arbitrage using information gained from actions on the platform are strictly prohibited on 7kyat. If any such activity is detected, 7kyat reserves the right to forfeit funds and close the account.

Account Responsibilities

6.1 Password Protection

Your account login details — username and password — must be kept to yourself and should not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all gameplay and financial transactions carried out through your account.

6.2 Account Restrictions

• You may not sell or transfer your account to a third party.
• All financial transactions must be made using your own bank account or payment gateway.
• If suspicious activity is detected, 7kyat reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.

6.3 Account Closure
